I didn’t have mozzarella but it still turned out great. I added some extra red pepper flakes as well to give it a little more kick. I think next time, since I like spicy, I’ll add a can of rotel!

I made it but I think I will forgo the sausage and make it vegetarian. Or I will use beef sausage instead.
