  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 200 grams half and half
  • 400 grams portabella mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    1. Heat a tbsp. of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Wait one minute and then saute the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
    2. Add the sliced mushrooms.
