- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 200 grams half and half
- 400 grams portabella mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Heat a tbsp. of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Wait one minute and then saute the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms.
- Lower the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the mushrooms to release their juices.

I modified it with some truffle oil as I felt it was lacking in some flavour. Other then that fresh Parmesan and green onions on top made it quite delicious.
Have a fair bit of leftovers for some pasta bake to put in the freezer for another day
