- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan (finely)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 Hass avocados (ripe, chopped into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely, plus additional for topping)
- 1/3 cup pesto (ramp, or sauté some garlic in the butter if you are not making the ramp pesto)

- 1 lb. fettuccine pasta (fresh)
- 3/4 cup frozen sweet peas (or fresh)
- 3/4 cup fiddleheads (already cooked)
