Tasted great! Consistency was good, too, but I could have blended it a bit longer. I would have also used a slightly deeper skillet next time to make mixing in the pasta easier

This turned out beautifully and I didn't need to soak the cashews. (No time) Just threw them in the food processor! Added field roast apple sausage and it was a smash hit. No leftovers. We also used brown rice pasta! Yummy deliciousness:)
