- 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped raw)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 cups baby arugula (baby spinach and baby kale work too)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
