- 1 onion (medium, thinly sliced)
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 4 oz. baby portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste (I used 2 tbsp. of double-strength)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas (cooked, 1 can, rinsed and drained)
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice (fresh-squeezed, or 1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar)

Their recipe was good and easy to make. I used balsamic vinegar instead of the orange juice. I also could not find Swiss chard so i substituted it with collared greens. I added the collared greens after browning the onion and cooked them for 5 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
