  • 16 ounces pasta (box of, I used whole wheat rotini, it didn’t come in a 1# box.)
  • 3 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into cubes)
  • 5 baby spinach (loosely packed cups of, You could use less–but it cooks down like crazy. I was cleaning out the fridge and this happened to be how much was left.)
  • 1 red pepper (roasted and cut into short strips, I used out of a jar because I had them in the pantry. It is super easy to roast your own though–try it some time!)
  • 15 ounces bertolli four cheese rosa sauce (jar of)
  • fresh parsley (chopped, to garnish, optional)
  • freshly grated Parmesan (to garnish, optional)

    I really enjoyed this recipe. It was really easy to make and I followed every direction except I used Bertolli Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce instead of the one the recipe calls for because I couldn't find it. This recipe is amazing with Alfredo. Definitely be making this recipe again.
