perfect carbonara. authentic with tempered egg as sauce base without any cream. i subbed proscuitto and fried it like bacon in pan to crisp, then shredded with scissors.

Kind of on the bland side. I was a little disappointed. I think I'd look for a recipe that uses parsley next time

Amazing. This was rich and flavorful. I used pancetta. Such a simple yet wonderful recipe! Loved it!
