- ground black pepper (about 1/2 tsp)
- 1/4 piece scotch bonnet (finely chopped after adding the tomatoes)

- 1/4 can water

- 1/4 Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (I used American brand)
