- 350 grams pasta shapes
- 55 grams Flora Buttery (or Flora Cuisine)
- 1 red pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
- 115 grams button mushrooms (thickly sliced)
- 198 grams sweetcorn (can)
- 200 grams tuna (can, in springwater, drained and flaked)
- 3 Tbsp. herbs (chopped fresh, such as parsley, dill or coriander)

Directions
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the Flora in a large pan, add the red pepper and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and just beginning to turn golden brown. Stir in the sweetcorn and tuna, cover and cook very gently until piping hot. Season to taste.
- Drain the pasta and gently toss with the tuna mixture and the herbs.
- Serve immediately.
