- 150 grams pasta shells (whole)
- 2 eggs
- lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- salt (flower)
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 can sardine fillets (in olive oil)
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 grams cheese (in cubes)

Directions
- Boil some water seasoned with salt , and cook the pasta for 14 minutes.
- Cook the eggs for 6 minutes, remove from pan, and immediately place them in cold water to stop the cooking.
- Wash the lettuce, and place on the bottom of the serving platter.
