    I’m sure we could have made it better but this just didn’t come out that amazing. We ended up making it with too much pasta and not enough veggies and it came out not that great.

    Loved, dish was yummy and easy to make. My family loved it cold right out the fridge.

    Excellent flavour, it goes really well with some cheese and a lot of veggies. The only downside is that as a vegetarian I had to find a way to add some more protein. Other than that, it's great.

    very good recipe. taste and textures with all the veggies, very nice. loved that once the chopping and prep was completed everything could be cooked at the same time. use good parmesan.
