- 1 beef broth (homemade is better)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- all purpose flour
- 1 lemon (for zest)
- 1 Orange (for zest)
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 2 knobs butter
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
- salt (for pasta and to taste)
- white pepper (or black, to taste)
- 30 grams Parmesan cheese (optional grated)
