- red cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or agave nectar to make it vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (malt or white are fine)
- 2 ginger (chopped or grated, dried is fine)
- clove (chopped or crushed garlic, dried is fine here too)
- 1 dash water
- 150 grams spaghetti (wholemeal, /pasta)
- 1 handful peanuts (or seeds)
- coriander (If you're feeling posh you can add some, or lime for decoration, optional)
