Waaaayyy too vinegary. Could use some sweetness to balance it out. Super disappointing.

It was pretty good, and I will cook it again but next time with just a little less red wine vinegar and balsamic. I put too much in so those two tastes were way too strong and I didn't get it to reduce. I also added chicken. A very delicious recipe!
