- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 cans tomatoes (400g)
- 1 cup red wine (or use one cup extra beef stock)
- 4 cups beef stock

- pepper
- 4 cups cheese sauce (See Bechamel sauce and add one cup grated Parmesan cheese)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
