We love this recipie, lots of little tweaks you can make to suit your taste. Make your life easier and combine egg, parmesan, salt, pepper etcetera into a bowl before cooking the pasta that way when the pasta is done you can strain it and dump the egg wash over it while the pasta is plenty hot

First time making this dish and so glad I used this recipe, it came out amazing. I kept the pasta and sauce separate for leftovers

Delicious! I added mushrooms instead of peas and changed the bacon to pancetta. So good!

yummy. my toddler went for 3rds :) used pancetta and more garlic. omitted peas..... cause i hate them, but substituted with broccoli

Super easy! I made this for my potluck friends. We all loved it. I forgot the peas, they werent missed, but it would have made the dish look pretty.

I have made this recipe a dozen times! It’s always a hit in my house. Very easy to make too! I will sometimes make chicken on the side too!

I made this with what I had ~ finely chopped brocolli & ham ~ instead of peas & bacon. My husband said it was one of the better things I've made!

It turned out great! Easy to make. I missed reading the reviews before cooking...I added salt 😬. Nonetheless my boyfriend loved it. I thought it was good but not my fav.

Was delicious! I went for a more traditional take by leaving out the peas, but I added some lemon zest to cut through the richness of the dish.

This is my wife's favorite, don't add any salt! Also it wasn't very good heated up it cooked the egg to much the 2nd time around enjoyed very much
