    yummy. my toddler went for 3rds :) used pancetta and more garlic. omitted peas..... cause i hate them, but substituted with broccoli

    Note for myself: The amount of Parmesan (75g) and cream (177мл) same = 0.5 of cup. And cook the sauce properly enough to kill Salmonella, but not much to melt the eggs

    I have made this recipe a dozen times! It’s always a hit in my house. Very easy to make too! I will sometimes make chicken on the side too!
    I made this with what I had ~ finely chopped brocolli & ham ~ instead of peas & bacon. My husband said it was one of the better things I've made!

    It turned out great! Easy to make. I missed reading the reviews before cooking...I added salt 😬. Nonetheless my boyfriend loved it. I thought it was good but not my fav.

    Was delicious! I went for a more traditional take by leaving out the peas, but I added some lemon zest to cut through the richness of the dish.

    This is my wife's favorite, don't add any salt! Also it wasn't very good heated up it cooked the egg to much the 2nd time around enjoyed very much

    So easy to make and delicous! I didnt have any cream so i left it out and added pasta water at the end to thin it out. Worked beautifully.

    As an Italian, I must say this way too different from the original one and from what we do here in Italy. I'm sure it's super tasty, but I wouldn't call it carbonara. Of course this is my opinion. Buon appetito!

    Made this recipe and it was honestly so simple and easy and really quick to make. I decided to add some prosciutto and also some parsley as well. Next time I will definitely add more vegetables to it. It was divine thank you 😊

    This turned out great! I would suggest that home cooks cook the bacon & onion and prep the sauce before boiling the noodles. Our noodles were done before the bacon was ready, so the final product was not as hot as it should have been. Terrific flavor!!

    Great recipe. I didn't have any heavy cream so I used two tbsp of cream cheese and I substituted shredded mozzarella instead of parmesan. It was very tasty and easy to make.

    This turned out amazing!! I've made it twice and it's very easy, came together pretty quickly and is so delicious. The only thing I changed was adding more garlic to the recipe, which I always do.

    This recipe was wonderful! My husband put down his fork after one bite and all he could say was, "Mmmmmmm, Wow!" Later, "Gourmet cooking at home. Better than any restaurant." This was EASY. As long as you use quality ingredients you have great results. We will certainly put this into our frequently used recipe category. I did use prosciutto instead of pancetta or bacon, because that's what I had and had it on hand. It did not change the results, maybe enhanced the outcome.
