    We let the sauce get a bit too thick. Next time I won’t cook it so long. Good first time attempt.

    It was really good. Only I include 4 large eggs and also 1/2 cup of Pecorino in addition to the Parmesan. I also use an equal amount of butter to olive oil, this suggests 1 Tbs. Of course, reserve some of the pasta water in case I need to thin and I use Half & Half instead of heavy cream as it is reduced.
