Very good! As Doris B. said, the servings are a bit off. We doubled it and had leftovers for lunch the next day as well!

The servings are wrong in my opinion. This is for 1 person only. I modified it as I roasted the tomatoes in olive oil. It was delicious, definetly will make it again.
