    A little acidic, next time I'll add half a teaspoon of caster sugar.

    this recipe is ok but it needed about 16 - 20 ounces of sauce added to the recipie to really make it taste well. also added basil to enhance the flavor.

    Added some can sauce for more favor. Pancetta was good but favor was lost in the sauce.
