- 4 oz. all purpose flour
- 4 oz. semolina (can be substituted with All purpose Flour)
- 1 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/8 cup olive oil (or Vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. water (in case it is required)
- flour (Excess, or semolina for rolling out dough.)

- 3 Tbsp. water (in case it is required)

- 1 pasta (portion cooked, recipe above)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped finely or minced)
- 3 Tbsp. chilli (crushed, You can reduce this to 1 tbsp if you wish - I like it extra spicy!)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (Optional - but I used a Mix of mozzarella, sharp cheddar and Parmesan)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
