Excellent, delicious, wonderful!
I topped my first batch with Lemon Curd & Fresh Blueberries, a dollop of Whipped Cream; finishing with a Confectioner's Sugar dusting.
The next batch... I splurged and made up some Mango/Peach Curd. This was the Blintzes topping. The Curd was drizzled over each with thinly sliced fresh Peaches, a sprig of Mint then, of couse, a dusting of Confectioner's Sugar too! A delectable party on the palate!
