    These were absolutely delicious, a great sweet and tangy substitute for mashed potatoes that will dress up any meal. I paired them one night with seared duck breast and another night with BBQ ribs -- both times they made a perfect compliment to the meat. I also used almond milk so it wouldn't be so heavy on the dairy and they came out divine.
