Description
English drop scones are a tea time classic. Putting a savory twist on the English classic, these Parmesan and Walnut Scones are made with a dash of spicy Harissa sauce. Incorporating chopped walnuts and grated parmesan, these savory scones are cheesy and just a little nutty. Brush with a little milk before baking in order to an encourage a golden brown crust on your scones. Bake time is 20 minutes.

- 60 grams walnuts (chopped)
- 60 grams butter
- 1 Tbsp. harissa (sauce)

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the flour, salt, baking powder, parmesan and walnuts in a large bowl and stir.
