The secret to doing this recipe right? I cant say. fish was dry going in to the egg/milk, the loaded with panko parm coating, and placed in a medium heat cast iron pan (coconut oil smoked) and didn't touch it for 4 minutes. Yet, the coating still came off. Parts that stayed on were very crunchy and tasty.

The crust did not want to stick to the fish. It is pretty tasty, but does not look pretty

Wow! Nice crunch on the outside. Fulfilling flavor on the inside. Made sure to coat both sides so the fish would stay intact. Only turned each side once. Delicious ☺

I made this for dinner today and it turned out great the whole family enjoyed it. When making this try not to move the fish while it cooks then flip it over gently and cook the other side.

I wish I could say this was great; however, the breeding fellow the fish i guess I should have just made the fish he way I normally do. Sounds yummy but was a disaster....and I have cooked fish before and not had this issue. The breading that cooked in the oil was tasty, just wish it had stayed on the fish

I had to modify this recipe a bit because the panko that I bought was pre-seasoned with lime and cilantro. That said, the resulting meal came out pretty tasty and my husband enjoyed it.

It was ok. Rather than cayenne, I would go with garlic and parsley and keep everything else the same

Very yummy! Crispy on the outside and tender inside. Next time I will add some lemon zest to give it zing!
Made it again with lemon zest. It was good but will try adding garlic too.

I followed the recipe and direction exactly as stated. Made sure oil was hot. All the breading got mushy and then ended up all in the pan, none on the fish. Will never make this again.
