So good! We thought we were doing it wrong at first but they came out fine. I definitely reccomend as a fun side to make when you've got plenty of time. They'd probably freeze well too if you want to make a big batch during squash season and have them later.

Used about 1/4 cup less breadcrumbs and they turned out great! I’ll definitely be adding salt and pepper next time, though.

These were pretty good! Mine were mildly mushy. We squeezed out all the water we could. Mine might have been extra mushy because I didn’t have mozzarella cheese, I could only find pepper jack. The flavor was great though! I’ll definitely make these again.

Definitely would make it again, and it is fun to make as well as eating the little tots! Nice light finger food, and goes well with a good red sauce on the side

Didn't bind enough to keep a shape. I added a second egg and some flour and it worked. LOVE the basil idea. Thanks @MacCloud

Very, very yummy!! My family was eating them like a fresh baked tray of cookies! Couldn’t stop eating them! I substituted avocado for the egg as I never have eggs at home.

I think these taste great! Very fast and easy to make too. They put me in mind of mini meatballs more than tatter tots though. They Are DELICIOUS!!!

This was such an easy recipe and turned out really well. I served it as an appetizer with tomato sauce. My picky 5 year old even enjoyed it!

I had to cook it longer and I made my own seasoning because I didn’t have Italian seasoning. They were good

I enjoyed it! The recipe for got to add when to put in the Italian seasoning but I mixed it in with everything else and family loved it!!!

pretty good. I made them exactly as directed. It didn't specify plain panko bread crumbs vs italian panko crumbs so I used a half cup of each. They could use some more spice. If I make them again, I'll use all italian panko bread crumbs and it needs some salt. I might also add some garlic powder for flavor. They had a good texture and were easier to make than I thought!

This was awesome!! My zucchini was looking a little sad but this way it didn’t have to be super fresh and I got a tasty snack out of it.

Made them for an office potluck. I actually doubled the recipe and used 1.5 cups of panko and 0.5 cups of Italian breadcrumbs and they came out awesome!
Should also mentioned that I threw extra salt, pepper, and garlic powder in there.

Follow the instructions and you'll get great results. Definitely use panko. I made them larger in one of my batches (lazy) and just gave them a "light squish" to flatten into patties part way through baking. Better for a dinner party. Cooked or uncooked, they freeze great.

Should have just made the batter myself the bread crumb Mehdi didn't make a difference

Tasted great, just a little burnt, next time will cook for around 15 minutes and then turn them

Just so-so. I would add dried parsley, salt, pepper, and other spices next time. These were pretty boring.

Very nice and crispy. Will play with seasonings next time (and there will be a next time!) to get flavors more to my preference.

We all really enjoyed these tots! I made a triple recipe as a side dish, and there were about 8 left! I will add more herbs next time.

I used (360g zucchini, 2 eggs, 1 cup Panko, 1/2 cup Parmesan) -- AMAZING!! Thank you for the recipe!
