Tasted great! Flavor was good but I would suggest using small, thin zucchini or maybe even quartering them. Mine turned out mushy in the middle, would've preferred smaller portions for texture reasons

These came out perfect! They are so delicious and quick and easy to make. Will add this as a staple to my home cooking.

Loved it - I used an Italian seasoning blend instead of just oregano. I also used summer squash and enjoyed it. For thicker slices add cooking time

These were very good except need to be cooked longer or slices thinner. Will make it again for sure.

It got a little burnt: I think I’ll broil on low instead of high next next time

Wonderful blend of flavors and very easy to make. I loved the crunchy outside and softer inside.

turned out perfect. I substituted fresh thyme and loved the strong flavor. zucchini stayed very moist!

Really good! However, next time I'm going to cut a little divet into the zucchini slice and place the cheese mix inside there to bake so it's not all sitting at the top
