I tried this recipe twice and burned them. Going to cut thinker zucchini next time.

Very tasty. I adjusted the cook time to ten minute intervals so I could check on them. I also made some spicy with the addition of cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes. Pay attention to the time... They will burn on you.
