Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C and lay a piece of baking parchment on a baking tray.
- Divide the Parmesan into 12 and place in piles on the baking tray, leaving room to spread.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until pale and melted. leave to cool on the tray.
