turned out well. might be best to leave it undercooked a little before adding cheese mixture.

This dish took slightly longer under the broiler than the recipe called for but the end results were excellent! The fish I used was thin, about 3/8 of an inch thick . It turned out flaky and just the right texture, the flavor is fairly light and quite delicious.
