    These were easy to do and make a great snack or side dish. Even the kids loved them. I used the same veggies she did: cauliflower, bell pepper, and zucchini. Next time I’ll add mushrooms and red onion.

    it turned out so great. I used broccoli and cauliflower and made a penne pasta with pesto sauce and roasted garlic. it was amazing.
