Amazing! The bread crumbs to add crispness are genius. And it’s quite a bit shorter cooking timeframe than other recipes. This is a winner!

They turned out good. Next time I’ll cook for closer to 45 minutes, but had to take them out at 30 due to steaks having rested already 10 minutes! As below review, we added black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

These turned out great! I used a little ground black pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning salt in addition to the salt and Italian seasoning.

Made these for sunday dinner as a side to my roasted chicken...everyone loved them! Which is a big deal for my family.

Delicious! I mixed mine in all the seasonings and oil and actually added em to a oiled frying pan. Turned out so good I wish we made double.

Great! I’ve never used bread crumbs, only just used the parm. I sliced the potatoes instead of quartering and put them in for another 15 minutes to get them really crisp. Magnificent!

though i followed the recipe, i think it asked for too much parmesan and breadcrumbs. but other than that, the potatoes came out perfect. they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I used a Parmesan pesto vinegar mix I purchased from a local fair and used Italian herbs in a tube. Soooo good! Way better than the version with corn starch!

This was good - except we needed to bake it a little longer. I added a few more spices to the mix because I love spices. It was yummy!
