Love, love, love these green beans! I used Season's Choice extra fine green beans in a bag from the freezer section and grated part of a Frigo's Parmesan Cheese wedge. I blanched the green beans until they were almost tender. Then I lightly tossed the green beans in olive oil, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper before placing them on a baking sheet, topping them with the cheese and roasting them in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese melted.. My youngest son ate green beans tonight; it was the first time in a long time. I am one happy mama.
