- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. golden raisins
- 2 tsp. capers (finely chopped)
- 10 Kalamata olives (pitted, finely chopped)
- 4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (finely chopped, packed)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves (finely chopped fresh, packed)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
