Delicious! My Parmesan was a large shred. So some melted on the bottom of the sheet pan and got crispy and delicious. I grated the garlic instead of mincing so it distributed easily. Definitely a keeper.

Yum. Cooked this with some trout at 350 for about 25 minutes. Didn't get roasted as much but still great flavor. We used shredded parmessan instead since we didn't have grated.

Excellent! I don’t like cauliflower generally and this was awesome. Made it twice, great both times.

Fantabulous!! Test drive it for lunch and will make again in a few minutes to take to a family picnic! I actually made up a horseradish sauce to add to the flavor of the Parmesan! Thank you Two Kooks! I have 3Kooks in the kitchen, we love your recipes! Keep posting!

It was a little too salty, next time I make it I’ll only use 1/4t kosher salt.

I added some broccoli along with the cauliflower. Cooked 20 min and sprinkled with dill and parsley. It was SO good!

Super tasty and filling! Just had to substitute parsley with basil since that’s what’s at home.
