Everyone loved it, my friends aren’t great veggie eaters but enjoyed this one. Only, next time I’ll follow the cooking instructions, had it cooking along with the Turkey and on a lower temp so didn’t come out that roasted.

My guest liked them a lot. It went well with my husband’s ribs and potato salad as an alternative to played out greens from our old routine.

Easy, awesome and delicious! Only modification was I sliced all the Brussels sprouts in half for quicker roasting.
