  • 9 ounces cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons sage (fresh roughly chopped, plus extra leaves to serve)
  • 6 tablespoons dry white wine
  • shredded Parmesan cheese (to serve)

    Directions

    1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a 10 inch frying pan over medium heat. Add sage and cook for 4 mins, until foam dissipates. Remove sage. Add wine and cook, stirring, for 4 mins, or until reduced slightly. Add ravioli and toss to coat. Serve with Parmesan and garnish with reserved sage.
