- 1 lb. all purpose potatoes (or baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 cups garlic (RAGÚ® Tomato, & Onion Sauce)
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- unchecked 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
- unchecked 2. In a 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt & pepper, ½ sauce, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.
- unchecked 3. Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil, add 2 Tbsp. of cheese.
