- 1 lemon (freshly squeezed, 2-3 Tbsp)

- 1/2 cup toasted nuts (chopped, I used walnuts, but any kind will work!)

Very fresh tasting! I loved it and plan to make it again. I did not blend the kale, instead I finely chopped it and added toasted pine nuts and shredded carrot. I can't wait to eat it again!
