- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. McCormick Dill Weed
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. asparagus (ends trimmed)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (plain)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Parsley Flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper (McCormick®, Black)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with no stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip, place all ingredients in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- For the Asparagus Fries, place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper in a third shallow dish. Roll asparagus in flour to coat. Dip in eggs, then coat in panko. Spread asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
