These are delicious and so easy to make. They have become a favorite side dish to any chicken or pork entree and are easily my 11 year old's favorite noodle dish.

I used fettuccine noodles instead of angel hair (because of the Corona virus pandemic they were out of stock on angel hair pasta). I also doubled the recipe for the fettuccine and instead of 6 cups of chicken stock, I used 32oz (4 cups) of chicken stock and (1) 14.5oz can of chicken broth). It cooked up just fine following the boiling directions for the fettuccine noodles. I used pre-minced garlic in olive oil as well but only added 5 teaspoons and that amount was honestly enough I think (I'm a huge garlic lover and usually overdo it but even with doubling the recipe 5 heaping teaspoons (each heaping teaspoon is about equal to 1 garlic clove) was enough for us. The only issue I had was keeping the parmesan cheese from clumping into a few big gooey cheese masses but adding extra half and half helped to disperse it better. Overall, very good recipe!

Absolutely delicious and easy to make. I even used about a cup of beef broth just to use up what I had on hand, added basil because I didn't have parsley. This will be a definite go-to side dish.

Big hit in the household. I added some seasoned chicken to make it into a meal.

It was good. You had to read the directions carefully but the family liked the finished product.

Very yummy, I used some cream cheese in place of the half and half, it complimented the taste and less liguid. I also used chicken bullion cubes. This is the second time I've made it and the whole family loves it!

Delicious! I added red pepper flakes to give it a spicy kick and it was perfect! I also served it with garlic roasted broccoli and it went very well together.

Kids loved this. Especially good for kids with egg allergies who love creamy, cheesy pastas

good side dish that will go with variety of main dishes, cooks quickly. be careful to get finely grated parmesan chesse and add slow. I added the cheese in all at once and it formed into clumps. I also added shallots and chive. very yummy

Love this recipe. Its easy and creamy. Better than any mac and cheese. I omit the 1/2 teaspoon of salt since Parmesan is salty anyway. Perfect every time.

Super rich and salty. Maybe with less cheese it could work out. Kept recipe as is. Not a keeper for my family.

We didn't really care for it very greasy dish but flavor was alright,, it didn't take very long to cook and it was a good meal for a budget

The flavor was great! There was a lot of liquid left after the pasta was cooked, however. I had to drain the pasta before adding the half and half and I didn't add all the half and half that the recipe called for. I also added some fontina cheese to help thicken. All in all we liked this and would make it again.
