The flavor was good but there was no crisp, I baked it on a rack and it did not help. If I ever make this again I will dip the chicken in seasoned flour, add the Dijon to an egg and dip the chicken in that then the bread crumbs with the parm. Save the melted butter to drizzle on top and bake.
