Delicious, will make again. The filets would fall apart if I tried to flip them. Needed more Parmesan and spices to fully cover.

Turned out great. Since I was not doing anything else in the oven and I didn’t want to waste a lot of electricity, I broiled them on low a few racks down. I flipped them a few times and they came out beautifully.
