- 1 Tbsp. seasoning (Tuscan, I used Victoria Taylor's)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 8 oz. garlic (and herb havarti cheese Feel free to use more or less, and try a different cheese if you can't find it)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
