- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced or grated)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 pinch salt (each, & pepper)
- 1 lemon zest (& juice, zest, then reserve the juice)
