- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°.
- 2 Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- 3 Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.

Fantastic!!!! I did season the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, and Greek seasoning. I also sprinkled shredded Parmesan on top about five minutes before they were done.

I used olive oil instead of mayo. Smeared breast with oil then covered with parmesan and bread crumb mixture. Was moist and delicious. Can add spices. I added a little Mc Cormicks chicken seasoning to bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Yummy.

Turned out well! My husband isn’t a fan of mayo so I used ranch dressing. I also swapped out the Italian bread crumbs for Panko.

This is a great recipe! mayo keeps it from drying out, but the outer crust is SO tastee! My people loved it so much, i made it twice in one week with no complaints. ;-)

Very tasty, the parmesan coating was flavorful and crunchy (I substituted the bread crumbs with Panko Bread crumbs).

It turned out great. Easy to prep and cook. If you like a lot of seasoning add it to your chicken. It tasted great to me....

good. need to use less mayo in the mix next time. I did it once with a full chicken breast but the next time with thin chicken breats. The thin was better.

I was ok. It was missing something. Needs more flavor. Next time I'll season the chicken first.

i liked it bit my pickey kids didnt, im not a fan of Hellman's mays so i used equal parts of parm cheese to mayo to cover up the taste

Super easy and tastes delicious I sliced the chicken thinner so it didn’t take as long to cook I will definitely make this again

It was delicious!!
I used crushed Wisps Parmesan Cheese crackers instead of bread crumbs and sprinkled some cayenne pepper in with the mayo/cheese mixture for an added kick.
Will definitely make this again!! 😉

This was a big hit! Took advise to pound to flatten the chicken and I used a true baking sheet 👍🏽

Pounded out breasts so they were thinner. Accidentally added bread crumbs to mayo mixture, so sprinkled more on top.
It was juicy and very yummy! Next time I’ll try cooking it in the air fryer. Daughter even asked for seconds, after she said she refused to eat chicken for dinner 😂
