  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil (or Hellmann's®)
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless, about 1 lb)
  • 4 teaspoons bread crumbs (plain dry)
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 2 tomatoes (medium, seeded and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Robusto Italian Dressing (or Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°.
    2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs and Italian seasoning.
    3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    it turned out delicioso! my boyfriend loved it! i did it with loaded diced potato casserole with dresh bacon chopped up and threw in some brussel sprouts to make it complete!

    I'm a little confused. The recipe calls for red onion and tomato and they're in the picture but not included in the instructions. Other than that, it turned out great! (Maybe lower the cook temperature, though, the cheese started burning)

    I couldn't believe how much my husband loved this recipe. I made this 2 different times using the lower fat mayonnaise and then with the full-fat mayo and it turned out less greasy with the low-fat. My husband (surprisingly) preferred the low-fat mayo, which he usually despises. Maybe my breasts were bigger (haha) but I usually have to double the cooking time.

    So good! This recipe satisfies the need for something rich and also fresh all in one. Very easy to put together.

    Pretty good, I had to bake it 40 minutes though, at 20 minutes barely anything was cooked. Other than that the recipe was perfect.
