Turned out great. Decreased bake time to 7 min. I tried the Bacon bits and it made the crisps way too salty. Very good with the jalapeños!

Quick & easy recipe. In addition to the jalapeño, I added a slice of pepperoni. And man oh man did they come out delicious. While the jalapeño provided spice, adding the pepperoni gave it more flavor while simultaneously taking the heat up a notch. This was my first time making these and eating them. I must say this recipe was so quick, easy, and delicious I can certainly see myself making them again in the very near future, like tomorrow. 😉 I think I’ll try pepper jack though.

I prefer Cheddar crisps , Parmesan is to strong of a flavor....for me anyways. I have been making cheddar crisps since I was diagnosed with diabetes 25 years ago.

Parmesan was overwhelming, burying the other flavors. I tried variations by adding different seasonings as well, but every time it just tasted like a big mouthful of parmesan.

My guests enjoyed it more than I so it is a winner. My issue with it was it was too thick. I will try it next time in one step...one mound of parmesan jalapeno and topped with the provolone to avoid the second mound of parmesan. If it works, I will report back.

Soooo nice. Crispy. If you keep in airtight container it stays crispy for a long time, if it lasts that long.
