Turned out fine. Love the Parmesan and nutmeg flavor. Used salted butter so didn’t add any more salt.

The only way to get my boys to eat spinach. Just add cheese 😅. More cream than spinach. I didnt bake it - just served it creamy and it was still a hit. This is an easy recipe. Definitely will repeat.

I did it a little bit different. I added cooked Italian sausage......didn’t bake it ... and served it over polenta. Yummy

It was delicious. I didn’t have milk so I substituted it with almond milk. I am definitely going to make this again.

I put the spinach in the microwave and it burned!!!! replaced the spinach with kale from the garden and it was delicious!!
