Like this flavoring. i didn't have parmesan so i used shredded mozzarella and added about 2 tbsps of bread crumbs into the mix. Would work on several white fish filets.

Terrific flavor! I used fresh grated Parmesan and garnished with additional fresh grated Parmesan before serving. We all went back for a second fillet!

We loved how this turned out. Need to increase the size of paste for four serving size.

Made exactly as written except used less dill because all I had was dried dill even my 6 and 4 year old gobbled it up!

Great reviews from the family! And it really was ready in 10 minutes, which hardly ever happens! No changes necessary other than finding a sub for the dill. Sage worked very well for us!

If you want more fish in your diet, this is a great way to do it. Fish comes out great and I love the parmesan. I agree with other reviews that say the fish may need to cook longer than recipe calls for.

Amazing fish! Really tasty, although you may want to broil a little longer thatn recipes calls for. I guess depends on your broiler.

Delicious!!! We cooked fish for few minutes longer than recipe calls for. My husband said this is restaurant quality.
